How to make delicious soft homemade cinnamon rolls

cinammon rolls

flour – 4 cups
sugar,-175g
seas salt- 6g

mix in a large bowl probably a mixer bowl then add ;

unsalted butter – 84g

then mix so that the butter is Incorporated in the dry flour,  In a separate bowl add ;

warm milk- 1 cup
yeast- 1tbsp and 1tsp
egg-1
then stir,  then add it to the mixer bowl where the flour is .then mix with a mixer till when a dough is formed
when the dough is formed , put it on a lightly greased table and knead for 1 minutes then put the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover to rise till double in size

for the cinnamon sugar

brown sugar – 1 cup
ground cinnamon- 2 1/2 tbsp

then mix this in a bowl

when your dough is ready put it on your floured work table and knead the dough very well then roll into a large rectangular shape using a rolling pin then rub butter all over the rolled dough then rub the cinnamon sugar all over the dough

then roll it the dough from the largest end ( length) till u form a cylinder like shape

then cut it and arrange in a well greased pan and let rise then put it in a preheated oven

while the cinammon roll is baking , put in a large bowl , whipping cream -2cups
liquid milk – 1/2 cup
sugar- 2 tbsp
then mix with a mixer then put aside when your cinnamon rolls is done it gives a golden brown colour then you sprinkle your milk feelings all over it and eat with chilled drink
