
milk – 2 cups
sugar- 70g
yeast – 1tbsp
mix all these ingredients In a bowl and cover with napkin for 5 mins then add
egg – 2 med sizes
flour – 600g
then mix all these together then add
flour -80g
mix then add
butter – 150 g
then knead on a well floured table the let rise for 30mins
then in another bowl add and mix
sardine – 1 tin
butter -80g
then take the dough and knead into a ball like surface then cut into 2 equal part then cut into 20 equal part and take 1 piece and roll into a rectangular shape and add the sardine and butter mixture to the first edge of the rectangular shape and roll and put it in a pan and coat with egg yolk and let bake in a preheated oven
